1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and myr66 ("myr66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the myr66 website located at myr66.club and all associated products, services, games, and features offered thereon.

By completing the myr66 registration process, clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent confirmation, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the myr66 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the myr66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms take effect from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your membership with myr66, including any period following account closure with respect to outstanding obligations.

2. Eligibility

myr66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on myr66, you are required to register an account. The following conditions apply to all myr66 accounts:

• Each person may register and maintain only one (1) myr66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current at all times.
• Accounts must be registered in the player's own name. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity documents, are strictly prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your myr66 login credentials. myr66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on myr66 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local payment channels, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on myr66 is RM 30. myr66 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice published on the platform.
• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your myr66 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. myr66 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. myr66 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to the originating payment method, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. myr66 is not liable for delays attributable to external payment providers.
• Withdrawal to Source: myr66 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. myr66 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that deviate from this policy.
• No Deposit Fees: myr66 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which myr66 accepts no responsibility.
• Dormant Accounts: myr66 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to accounts that have remained inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, as notified to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

myr66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all myr66 promotional offers:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (turnover conditions), eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your myr66 account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on myr66 — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, esports betting, and instant games — are operated by licensed third-party software providers whose game rules, where applicable, supplement these Terms.

• All slot and instant games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for statistical randomness and fairness by internationally recognised testing laboratories.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;

• Colluding with other players in games where such collusion would constitute cheating or unfair play;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the myr66 platform, including but not limited to the myr66 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of myr66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the myr66 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the myr66 platform without the prior written consent of myr66.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Responsible Gaming

myr66 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity; (c) losses arising from interruption of service, technical malfunction, or force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks; (d) losses arising from your reliance on information published on the myr66 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

The myr66 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." myr66 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code.

12. Suspension & Termination

myr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any balances therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the account holder or their payment provider;
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or pursuant to a court order;
• A determination by myr66, acting reasonably, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

You may close your myr66 account at any time by contacting myr66 customer support. On closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

13. Amendments

myr66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the myr66 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice except where immediate change is required by law, regulation, or to address a security risk.

Your continued use of the myr66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the myr66 platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the terms of the applicable gaming authority licence under which myr66 operates.

Any dispute between you and myr66 that cannot be resolved amicably through myr66 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by the applicable gaming authority. Nothing in this clause prevents myr66 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
